Returns

Applies to online and in-store purchases.

We refund regular-priced, unworn items returned within 30 days of purchase, in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging. You must present your invoice or payment receipt. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

We do not accept in-store returns from Black Friday through Cyber Monday, or on December 26 and 27.

Sale items

Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days, giving you time to try them on. Sale items purchased in store are also refundable. The same 30-day policy applies.

Please note: sale items and final sale items are different.

Final sale items

Items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale. All items purchased on final sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Manufacturing defects

If the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days to report it. If it cannot be repaired, an exchange or store credit will be offered. Exchanges are for the same product or an equivalent product, in the same size as the original purchase. After this period, you must contact the manufacturer directly.

How can I return my items?

You may return your items free of charge in store or by mail. Please note that returns by mail are available only for online purchases.

In-store returns

Purchases may be returned free of charge at any Club Chaussures location with proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping charges paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available exclusively in store. If you placed an online order, you may exchange the item in store.
